Shipping Policy

Our personalized items are created on demand, so they usually take 3-4 business days to process and then ship FEDEX on the next business day.  Shipping time refers to just that - the time in SHIPMENT, not the time in processing.

Plan on at least 7-10 business days from the day of ordering to your door. 

Returns Policy



We only accept refunds or exchanges in the event your pillow is damaged or has an incorrect design due to OUR mistake.  Please contact us if you have an issue you'd like to discuss, we want every Forever Pillows customer to be a satisfied one and will do what is necessary to make that happen!

Cancellations

To ensure a quick delivery, we begin creating your custom item immediately.  Cancellations can only be made within 12hrs of placing your order.  Email us at info@foreverpillows.com with your order number to begin a cancellation.
